Northern Summer June/July 2009

Of all our trips this year this one to the Shetlands delivered the most amazing variety of opportunities. Blessed with no rain in the whole trip (unusual for this remote part of the UK) and some really beautiful early and late sun, some moody mist and fog, seabirds galore, the boldest Golden Plover we've ever known, and an almost non-stop agenda it'll take eveyone a great deal of time to sort through their images that's for sure!
